Welcome to MECAB (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, WhatsApp service, Facebook Messenger, phone communications, or chauffeur services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use MECAB services.
MECAB provides chauffeur-driven transportation services, including but not limited to:
Airport pick & drop
Point-to-point travel
Hourly or full-day chauffeur services
In-city and outstation travel
Service availability may vary based on location, vehicle type, and operational capacity.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Booking details (pickup, drop-off, date, time, vehicle type) must be accurate.
MECAB reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.
Fares are communicated at the time of booking or prior to service confirmation.
Prices may vary based on distance, duration, vehicle category, tolls, waiting time, or route changes.
Any additional charges (extra hours, waiting, route deviation) will be communicated where applicable.
Cancellation terms may vary depending on service type.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full charges.
MECAB reserves the right to waive charges at its discretion.
You agree to:
Arrive on time at the pickup location
Behave respectfully toward drivers and vehicles
Avoid illegal, unsafe, or disruptive conduct
Be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence or misconduct
MECAB may refuse service if passenger behavior compromises safety.
MECAB is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or force majeure events.
Estimated arrival times are not guaranteed.
MECAB does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services.
MECAB’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Personal belongings left in vehicles are the passenger’s responsibility.
All content, branding, logos, and materials associated with MECAB are the property of MECAB and may not be used without written permission.
MECAB reserves the right to suspend or terminate service access if these terms are violated or misuse is detected.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
